Bulk Order Program

Put it in your team’s hands.

A volume order program for workers’ compensation leaders who want this conversation happening in their organization —
not just on their bookshelf.

Bob Wilson’s Thank You For Holding: Your Injury Is Important to Us — with a foreword by Abbie Hudgens, former Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Administrator — is doing something rare in our industry: getting claims professionals, risk managers, executives, and injured-worker advocates to laugh, nod, and argue, sometimes in the same chapter. We’ve made it easy to put it to work as a team development tool.

Why This Book, Why Your Team

Workers’ compensation doesn’t lack data, regulations, or opinions. What it lacks is a shared starting point for honest conversation about what the system has become — and what it could be.

Thank You For Holding uses humor as a doorway into the conversations claims leaders, employers, and policy-makers most need to have. It treats the people inside the system not as villains, but as professionals stuck in a machine that no longer serves its original purpose — which makes it safe to read together, and useful to discuss out loud.

About the Author

Bob Wilson

Bob Wilson has spent over two decades in workers’ compensation as an industry commentator, educator, and unapologetic agitator for reform. He is a co-founder of WorkCompCollege.com, a leading certification platform for professionals across the system, and the voice behind the influential blog Bob’s Cluttered Desk. He coined the term Workers’ Recovery to refocus the industry on what it was meant to do — heal injured workers and restore them to productive lives — and has spent his career arguing, often with humor and always with conviction, that the industry can do better. Thank You For Holding is his first book.

“The people who could fix this are reading this book.”

— Thank You For Holding, Chapter 13
